The Shelter Health Network provides primary health care to people experiencing homelessness or precarious housing in Hamilton. We deliver low-barrier, community-based care to individuals who may not have access to a family doctor or traditional health services.
Our clinics operate in shelters, drop-ins, transitional housing programs, addiction services, and other community locations across Hamilton. We work to improve access to care, reduce barriers, and support better health outcomes for vulnerable populations.
