Our services include: outreach, assessment, referral, psycho-social counselling, peer support, education, awareness, medical assistance, and support through the treatment process. The Shelter Health Network Hep C Team recognizes harm reduction and best practice, focusing on healthy living and recovery.<\/p>\n<h3>Who qualifies for our services?<\/h3>\n<p>Anyone who is living with or at risk of acquiring Hepatitis C is eligible. Referrals can be faxed to the number listed below.
