Who are we?

The Shelter Health Network Hep C Team consists of a team of highly specialized Hep C professionals specifically dedicated to those living with or at risk of acquiring Hepatitis C.

What do we do?

The Shelter Health Network Hep C Team provides support and comprehensive services to clients throughout the treatment process. Our services include: outreach, assessment, referral, psycho-social counselling, peer support, education, awareness, medical assistance, and support through the treatment process. The Shelter Health Network Hep C Team recognizes harm reduction and best practice, focusing on healthy living and recovery.

Who qualifies for our services?

Anyone who is living with or at risk of acquiring Hepatitis C is eligible. Referrals can be faxed to the number listed below. Self-referrals are welcome by telephone.
